On 28 December 2023, the 15th NetEase Education Ceremony "Golden Wings Award", hosted by NetEase News and NetEase Education, was successfully held in Beijing. This grand event themed "New Beginning·New Journey" gathered elites, scholars and industry leaders from the education industry, which aims to review the past, look into the future, consolidate the strength of all sectors, deepen the cooperation in the field of science and technology innovation, and promote the sustainable development of the education industry.

The themed forum of the event focused on AI education and education reform, internationalization of vocational education and the construction of "Belt and Road", inviting industry experts and scholars to discuss the new trends and challenges of education development.

In the round-table forum on the internationalization of vocational education and the construction of "Belt and Road", Mr. Fei Ming, Director of China Centre, Hellenic Vocational & Technical Education Development Association (HVTEDA), was invited to make dialogue on the development trend of internationalization of vocational education and opportunities for educational cooperation in the construction of "Belt and Road" with Mr. Kang Changyun, Vice Dean of China Education Innovation Institute of Beijing Normal University and Mr. Xiao Hanfeng, Chairman of Beijing Shouguan Education Group. As Mr. Fei Ming mentioned, the internationalization of vocational education is a critical trend for future development, and the construction of "Belt and Road" will provide more education cooperation opportunities for the countries along the route, and promote the development of industries and regional economy through the cooperation between Chinese and Greek institutions. The accreditation of curriculum standards of vocational colleges and universities could contribute to the unification of industry standards for employment. Thus, the standardization of vocational education talent cultivation programs between China and Greece will be truly achieved, leading to the internationalization of vocational education.
