On April 9, 2024, YGL promoted and coordinated an video conference between Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade (FUIST) & Berkeley College. Mr. Lin Feng, Director of the International Education Center of FUIST, Ms. Li Xiaoxu, Vice Dean of the School of International Education, and Ms. Fan Li of the International Education Center of FUIST; Professor Jim H. Lee, Executive Director of Berkeley College, Associate Director Ms. Erica Yuan Sun, and China Admissions Representative Ms. Zoey Chen attended the conference. Ms. Luo Yinglu, General Manager of Cooperative Education Department of YGL and the related staff, hosted and attended the conference.

During the conference, the two sides mainly discussed the possibility of cooperation in the mode of inter-school exchanges such as summer study, mutual recognition of credits, etc. Berkeley College expressed that they would provide detailed information on short-term programs and credit recognition programs to Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade. FUIST mentioned that they would actively promote various cooperation according to their own needs and actual conditions.

With the harmonious atmosphere and the smooth progress of the conference, both sides were satisfied with the consensus reached at the conference, and showed the active attitude to progress the potential cooperation step by step.
