From April 24 to 26, the Dean of IDEC, along with several EUC faculty representatives led a special visit to Xiamen. The Liasion from YGL also participated in this activity and actively coordinated the entire trip. The goal of this visit was to strengthen collaboration between universities and enterprises, expand graduates' employment, and further promote the high-quality development of the joint project.

The delegation paid visits to four renowned enterprises in the digital economy. They engaged in discussions and exchanges with the persons in charge of each enterprise. A thorough introduction to the background of IDEC's cooperative schooling, faculty, the upcoming 2025 graduates, etc were warmly discussed. The two sides had extensive exchanges on further strengthening cooperation, deepening the integration of industry and education, science and education, and initially reached a consensus to promote the construction of internship bases and closely match the need for talents. During the exchange, EUC faculty representatives expressed their views on the cooperation in the light of their own professional backgrounds, and Liaison from YGL helped wit the translation during the process.

The delegation also visited the Institute of Creativity and Innovation (ICI), a similar joint program as EUC and MJU. They had a discussion and exchanged ideas with leaders of ICI regarding the experience of cooperative school running.

These activities will help the college establish closer relationships with local enterprises and provide more and better platforms to enhance students' literacy, as well as improve graduates' employment and internship opportunities so as to establish a better reputation for EUC-MJU cooperation in running schools. Accompanied by the Liaison, EUC faculty representatives took the opportunity to learn about current industry trends, which will be valuable for exploring the potential integration between industry and education.

In the future, EUC and MJU will jointly explore the teaching mode and improve students' international vision, and cross-cultural communication ability.
