On July 8th, 2020, coordinated by YGL, the 1st Minjiang-EUC International Academic Symposium with theme of "Cross-regional Cooperation and Innovation" was held online. Participants delivered reports on regional cooperation and innovation in social security and fishery innovation in the Internet era. During the meeting, Professor Wang Zonghua, President of Minjiang University and Professor Kostas Gouliamos, President of European University of Cyprus, and other scholars delivered keynote speeches. The conference played an important role in bridging the joint-teaching cooperation between Minjiang University and the European University, Cyprus.
