On Jan. 7th, 2022, YGL witnessed the formal cooperation relationship established between China's Longyan University and Quest International University, Malaysia.

Longyan University is a full-time public undergraduate universities in the Fujian Province, offering over 40 majors across eight fields of study. Quest International University is an institution of higher education established under the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996, which saw itself one of only 7 private Malaysia universities made the cut into the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2021.

Under YGL's assistance, both universities met each other online and held a virtual signing ceremony, where, Mr. Zou Weidong, vice president of Longyan University, and Mr Nicholas Goh, Chief Operating Officer of Quest International University were present. Also present at the signing ceremony were the Dean of related colleges, heads of both International Affairs.

The sign of MoU will see both join hands on educational cooperation, in-depth research on biotechnology, the characteristics of teaching, as well as the student/teacher exchange activities. Besides, both universities have set the target of establishing Sino-Malaysia Cooperative Education Program.
