On March 6, 2023, YGL President LIU Jiting and CEO SHEN Rong visited the Messinia Chamber of Commerce & Industry, University of Peloponnese and Orizon Vocational Training Institute to explore opportunities for collaboration in the field of smart agriculture, the promotion of Chinese Bridge and the establishment of a two-way internship and training platform for Chinese and Greek students. Relying on the Messinia Chamber of Commerce & Industry, one of the oldest and largest chambers of commerce in Europe, China and Greece will establish a brand-new platform that integrats enterprises and education to diversify industries and boost employment in both places.

During the meeting, YGL presented promotional videos of several Chinese cities, including Chongqing, Xi'an, and Fuzhou. The Greek delegates expressed their fascination with the ancient civilization from the east, and the chairman of the Messinia Chamber of Commerce & Industry announced plans to lead a large-scale Mediterranean business delegation to China this year to strengthen business ties and explore new opportunities.
