On Nov. 7th, 2023, the first virtual communication meeting between University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy(UACEG) and YGL International Education was held online via Zoom meeting.

The participants included the Vice-Rector for European Integration and International Relations and the Head of Centre for International Relations and Mobility from UACEG, the Director of International Department and the Marketing Manager from YGL. The relevant project members of YGL also attended the meeting.

The meeting started by introducing YGL's business resource, features and advantages, followed by the brief introduction of UACEG. After this, both sides had a better understanding for each other and proposed the potential cooperation aspects. During the meeting, the two sides discussed in general about the majors, mode, education systems and future all-round cooperation. Through this meeting, UACEG and YGL reached a preliminary cooperation intention. The signing of MoU will be progressed as the next step. Specific cooperation projects will be discussed in detail at the next meeting.

UACEG is located in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and is one of the famous public universities in Bulgaria. It was founded in 1942, consists of five schools: School of Architecture, School of Structural Engineering, School of Geodesy, School of Transportation Engineering and School of Hydraulic Engineering. Being equipped with modern teaching equipment and high level faculties, it has already trained over 25,000 engineers. It's the member of Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium.
