To further implement the notice of the Midterm Performance Evaluation of the Double High-levels Plan launched by the General Office of the Ministry of Education and of the Ministry of Finance, Beijing Yinggeli Education Technology Co., Ltd., China (YGL) and Chinese Testing, Inspection and Certification Education Association (TIC) signed a strategic framework agreement, which focuses on the true empowerment on vocational colleges through finding the better ways to provide domestic vocational colleges with high-quality overseas curriculum. Liu Jiting, President of YGL and Zhou Zhenghuo, Deputy Secretary-General of TIC signed this agreement on September 15, 2023.

After the signing, both parties had a deep discussion and communication on the cooperation program. They noted that they will be devoted to providing service for the industrial members, enhancing China-Foreign exchanges and cooperation and building a platform of international communication and cooperation linking China and foreign countries, which will promote the establishment and development of China-Greece Education Association and contribute to the internationalization of Chinese vocational education.
