On September 23, 2024, Prof. Yelena Yuryevna Bregina, Dean of the School of Linguistics, Mass Communication and Psychology and Prof. Yelena Gennadievna Basaraeva, Vice Dean of the same School of Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University, Russia, visited YGL head office. YGL received the visiting foreign guests, and the two sides communicated about various potential cooperation opportunities in the future in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

During the meeting, Prof. Yelena Yuryevna Bregina introduced the university's overview, international education and exchange programs, discussed cooperation modes such as teacher and student visiting program, co-construction of strengthen majors/disciplines, joint research and co-organized international conferences, etc.. Both parties exchanged cooperation intentions, and planned to expand cooperation in the professional fields of Education, Information and Technology, Journalism, Design and other potential fields.
